ChurchSuite
ChurchSuite is an app that lets you engage with the life of the church. It can be used on your smartphone, tablet and PC.
You need to sign up to ‘My ChurchSuite’. Once you have joined you can update your personal details (and those of any children) and keep up to date with church life. We use ChurchSuite for our church database so it’s really helpful if you keep your details up to date! Your information is completely secure and you get to say what is shared and where.
Eventually we are hoping that you will be able to check dates that you are serving on rotas.
HOPE is using this app along with all of Basingstoke Community Churches.

Login to ChurchSuite
How do I sign up?
You can download ChurchSuite from the App Store or Google Play. If you would like to sign up to ChurchSuite all you need to do is follow some quick easy steps.
Register
Access to ChurchSuite is not automatic but requires an invitation via email. To request an invitation please contact us:
This invitation email contains a unique login-link with instructions on accessing My ChurchSuite for the first time and setting a password.
If you don’t receive your invitation, check your spam or junk folder in case it got caught.
Click the link in the invitation e-mail to register your account.
Logging In on a computer
When you log in to ChurchSuite you will need to select a church. Type 'Basingstoke Community Churches' into the search bar and our name should pop up.
Click on our name to access your account.
Enter your full e-mail address and password to log in.
Make sure that the drop down bar is showing MyChurchSuite.

How do I use it?
From your account you can see upcoming events as well as your groups and rotas.
By clicking on 'My Events' from the menu you can access the church calendar and scroll through to see what's happening in advance.
You can access this via the ChurchSuite app, our website or the ChurchSuite website.
